Dennis has curated a distinguished career spanning several decades within the energy industry. Since 1995, he has held the positions of Managing Director and Principal at Texas Energy Midstream, Hydrocarbon Exchange, and Texas Energy Management. He also serves as a Partner at Commerce Pipeline, playing a Principal role at Varsity Field Services (a gas pipeline development and operating company), and is a co-owner Piedmont Properties, Inc. (an exploration and production company) and Gas Asset Management, Inc. (a natural gas transportation brokerage). Additionally, his is a Limited Partner at Bradley Pipeline Partners, Ltd.

Dennis began his career in the energy sector in 1974 as an Assistant Plan Manager moving into the role of Gas Contract Negotiatore at Lone Star Gas Company in 1978. In 1980, he moved into a pivotal role as Director of Business Development at Enserch Processing Company in Dallas, before moving into a leadership role as resident of Team Energy Pipeline & Marketing Companies in 1986 and  joinging Atoka Resources Corp in 1990 as Managing Director.

Dennis holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
