Ben joined Texas Energy Management in 2013 and in the decade since has performed a multitude of commercial functions in the oil and gas industry. Starting out as the contract administrator for Texas Energy Management and their affiliated midstream assets, in early 2015, Ben took on gas supply responsibilities for TEM’s various midstream entities. Working as Gas Supply representative, Ben has negotiated dozens of gathering, processing and gas marketing contracts. In 2019, Ben took over as the Director of Business Development and has negotiated and lead multiple M&A projects for TEM and its affiliated companies. Currently, Ben serves as the Director of Business Development for Arch Energy Group.
