Stan’s career spans several decades, with an impressive track record of dedication and expertise in the energy industry. He has been deeply rooted as an executive in the oil and gas business since 1995, as acting Managing Director and Principal at Texas Energy Midstream, Hydrocarbon Exchange Corporation, and Texas Energy Management. Stan has also served as a Limited Partner in Commerce Pipeline in Northeast Texas and as Vice President at Varsity Field Services, Inc. His diverse portfolio includes roles as Principal at Piedmont Properties, Inc. (an exploration and production company) and Gas Asset Management, Inc. (a natural gas transportation brokerage), and as a Limited Partner at Bradley Pipeline Partners, Ltd.

Stan’s early career experiences include serving as Land Manager at Montgomery Exploration Company from 1976 to 1984. During the period of 1991 to 2001, Stan was the Managing Director of Atoka Resources Corp. and from 1986 to 1991, he assumed the pivotal role of President at Hartford Resources Group. Between 1984 and 1986, he made significant contributions as a Partner at Trombly and Archibald.

Stan holds a BBA in Economics from the University of Texas and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law.
